Class Description

T-REX

Using the T-REX band is a great tool to challenge your core while working out. Everything from pushups to pull-ups to burpees on the TRX. This one's a killer the next day.

 

**WTF!

WTF Utilizes various equipment and training principles to push yourself to maximum potential. This class has a short resting period and is based on plyometric training. There is a lot of jumping involved.

 

Strength 

Let's see those pipes. The class is for those that want to use heavy weights and gain some muscle tone. The reps are shorter but harder. The exercises focus on isolating the targeted muscle and taking it to complete fatigue.

 

**Sweat

This popular class requires nothing but your body but don't let that fool you. This aerobic class is a mix of aerobic, plyometrics, and kickboxing moves to make you sweat Even though all the classes make you sweat, this will leave you drenched.

 

Trying to Function

Why not do cardio while weight training? Functional training does just that. A great way to tone that body and tighten those abs.

 

Take 2

A split class that involves 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of core and body conditioning with weights. 

 

Burn

A boot camp style class where you will feel the BURN in every part of your body. This class involves minimal jumping and a lot of high-intensity interval training. 

 

Booty Bootcamp

It's all about the legs, butt, and abs. That's all you need to know. 

 

Dance Party

This fun-filled class does not even feel like a workout. Move and groove to the sounds of Latin, Hip Hop, and Reggaeton.
